Students are expected to adhere to a high standard of personal integrity. Enrolling students will be asked to sign an academic honesty pledge. All coursework is to be completed by the student enrolled in the course. Students found to plagiarize material for any aspect of online learning will be dismissed from the program and receive the grade of F. Online courses may include elements to prevent academic dishonesty such as: timed quizzes and tests; more written assignments (essays, research papers, summaries); group assignments; community discussions; etc. For more information for both students and faculty there is information available at the Virtual Academic Integrity Laboratory (VAIL).  The link includes tutorials, guides, workshops, research and polices. For teachers requiring end of unit/semester exams, final assessments are to be attended by students in an approved, supervised setting.
